The Dearborn Orchestral Society will not exclude nor give preferential treatment to groups or individuals based on their race, color, gender, ethnicity or national origin, religion, age, disability, marital status, sexual preference, orientation or any other characteristic protected by law for employment, education or contracting purposes.

Dearborn Symphony Health & Safety

To help protect the health of our patrons, musicians, and staff, the Dearborn Symphony requests the following:

Masks are strongly requested at all times for all patrons regardless of vaccination status in all indoor spaces. Should you need to exchange your seats in order to observe social distancing, we will be happy to accommodate. Please contact the office at 313-565-2424 prior to the performance date.

Do not attend a Dearborn Symphony concert unless you answer “NO” to the following questions and are feeling healthy:

Do you have any symptoms of COVID-19?

  • fever or feeling feverish
  • new shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • new cough
  • chills
  • new or unexpected muscle or body aches
  • new sore throat, congestion or runny nose (not related to allergies)
  • new loss of taste or smell
  • new or unexpected headache
  • nausea or vomiting
  • diarrhea

In the past 14 days, have you had close contact with someone recently diagnosed with COVID-19?

In the past 14 days, have you tested positive for or been diagnosed with COVID-19?

Are you currently waiting for COVID-19 test results?

Have you been advised to quarantine?

All attendees and guests will be required to comply with health and safety laws, orders, ordinances, regulations and health and safety guidance adopted by the State of Michigan, the County of Wayne, The City of Dearborn, The Ford Community & Performing Arts Center, and the Dearborn Symphony -including any vaccination, face mask and health-screening guidelines in place at the time of the shows.

Amidst the ongoing effects of COVID-19, we continue to prioritize the health and well-being of our patrons, artists, volunteers, staff, and the community. We are committed to following national and local guidelines for safety while providing the best patron experience for your visit.
